By accessing or using the TechTools website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
TechTools provides ready-to-deploy software products and custom development services. Specific terms, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom software delivered under a project agreement transfers to the client upon full payment. Our ready-to-deploy products remain the intellectual property of TechTools and are licensed, not sold, to subscribers.
4. Payment terms
Payment terms for custom projects are outlined in individual proposals. Product subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.
5. Limitation of liability
TechTools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
